The lecture-cum-discussion was jointly organized by the Department of Defence and Strategic Studies (DDSS), Yashwantrao Chavan National Center of International Security and Defence Analysis (YC-NISDA) and Department of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Studies (DBAS), Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU).

Professor Sudhakar Gaikwad; Professor Surendra Johandhle; Professor Vilas Adhav; Professor Dhanmanjiri Sathe, Staff and students were present.
