The first day of the academic session started with a seminar cum interaction on, “International Expansion or Bureaucratic Exaggeration? China’s 21st Century Maritime Silk Road” by Professor Hsin-Wei Tang, Department of Political Science, National Taiwan University; Hon’ble, Pro-Vice Chancellor, SPPU, Dr. N.S. Umarani; Prof. Roger Liu, Flame University; Mr. Minwoo Seo from South Korea and his Team as well as Residence Scholars from DDSS were present, on 2nd July 2019, at 12 noon, at YC-NISDA Library Hall.
