Had an excellent Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Lecture on, “Strategy Trap: India and Pakistan Under the Nuclear Shadow”, by Lt Gen (Dr.) Prakash Menon, PVSM, AVSM, VSM [Retd] on 12th March 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at YC-NISDA Library Hall, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Bhavan, Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU).  Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, SPPU, Prof. (Dr.) Nitin Karmalkar, Air Marshal Bhushan Gokhale [Retd] and Ambassador Mangalmurti were present.

This memorial lecture was jointly organized by the Department of Defence And Strategic Studies (DDSS), Yashwantrao Chavan National Centre of International Security and Defence Analysis (YC-NISDA), Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) and Centre for Advanced Strategic Studies (CASS).
