The lecture-cum-discussion was chaired by Air Marshal Bhushan Gokhale (Retd), PVSM, AVSM, VM, Director, Centre for Advanced Strategic Studies (CASS), on Wednesday, 28th November, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., at the YC-NISDA Library Hall, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Bhavan, Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). The lecture-cum-discussion was organized by the Department of Defence and Strategic Studies (DDSS) and Yashwantrao Chavan National Centre of International Security and Defence Analysis (YC-NISDA).
