Happy to inform you that an International Conference on, “Combating Radicalism” was inaugurated on Friday, 15th December 2023 at the YC-NISDA Library Hall, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Bhavan, Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), at 10.00 am.
The Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Prof. (Dr.) Suresh Gosavi inaugurated the conference. Ambassador S. Sohoni was the Key Speaker. The other panelists were Dr. José Jestis Delgado Pefia, University of Malaga (UMA), Malaga Andalusia, Spain; Prof. (Dr.) Arvind Kumar, Centre for Canadian, US and Latin American Studies, JNU, New Delhi; Dr. Sheshadri Chari, Chair Professor, MoD, DDSS, SPPU; Prof. (Dr.) T. P. Singh, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi and Prof. Elizabeth Smith, Councillor for AURORA Club, Germany.
Delegates from AURORA project representing Czech Republic, India, Ireland, Nepal, Romania, Spain, AURORA Club Students and Staff were present.
