Happy to inform you that the Department of Defence & Strategic Studies, Savitribai Phule Pune University and Centre for China Analysis and Strategy, New Delhi, jointly organized the 2nd Strategic Dialogue on “Rise of China & Its Implications for The World”, on 27^th and 28^th March 2023. 

It was my pleasure to welcome the august gathering on behalf of the Department of Defence and Strategic Studies (DDSS), Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU).
